1. About the service

Masbana is operated by Projection ("we", "us", "our"). Masbana is a platform that connects customers who need laundry services with independent laundromats and delivery drivers. We provide three mobile applications: Masbana (customer), Masbana Driver, and Masbana Laundromat.

We facilitate the connection between you and service providers. Projection does not itself wash, dry-clean, or transport laundry. Laundromats and drivers are independent parties.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Masbana. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password or let anyone else access your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may delete your account at any time from the app's profile screen. Account deletion permanently removes your personal data within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Orders & payments

When you place an order, you choose a laundromat, select your items, extras, and a pickup time. Prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (DH) and shown to you before you confirm your order.

The laundromat may accept or reject your order. Once accepted, a driver will be assigned to collect your items. You may cancel a pending order only before a driver has been assigned.

Payment terms and methods are as agreed between you and the laundromat at the time of service. Projection does not currently process payments on behalf of laundromats or drivers.

5. Cancellations & refunds

You can cancel an order while it is in Pending or Accepted status, provided no driver has been assigned yet. Once a driver is en route, cancellation is no longer available through the app.

Refund policies are determined by the individual laundromat. Contact the laundromat or reach out to us at support@masbana.app for disputes.

6. Your responsibilities

When using Masbana, you agree to:

• Provide accurate pickup addresses and contact information
• Be available (or have someone available) for pickup and delivery
• Not include prohibited items (hazardous materials, valuables, documents) in your laundry
• Treat drivers and laundromat staff with respect
• Not misuse the platform (fraud, fake orders, abuse of promotions)

7. Laundromats & drivers

Laundromat owners and drivers access the platform through dedicated apps and are onboarded by Projection. They agree to provide services professionally, handle items with care, and comply with these terms.

Projection is not liable for the quality of laundry services performed by laundromats, nor for damage to or loss of items during the laundry process. Claims should be directed to the laundromat first, then to Projection support.

8. Intellectual property

The Masbana apps, brand, design, and content are the property of Projection. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the apps without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

Masbana is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Projection is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of or damage to laundry items (handled by the laundromat)
• Service interruptions due to technical issues or force majeure
• Actions of third-party service providers (laundromats, drivers)

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the platform. You will be notified of the reason and may contact us to appeal.

You may stop using Masbana and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Moroccan law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Morocco.
